Unlike the air conditioner I bought, the item was delivered without shrink wrap/sealant. This raised alarm as the only sealant was a thin strip of tape across the top of the lid. Opening the lid and sniffing revealed a very muffled smell of cedar. The consistency is similar to water. When I opened it up and tried to pour some into my hands it flowed freely which was confusing. Reviews indicated that it has a thicker consistency, like most shampoos. The instructions on the bottle itself say to apply a quarter of the product and lather. It's either a serious quality control issue or a fraudulent product. I will not buy again.
