This one has a job and does it well. It is designed to attach to the end of a sewer hose and direct the water down the drain. The outer rubber jacket seals the tube. If the tube is too small to use rubber, the inner plastic can be removed from the rubber seal and inserted directly into the tube. It works as intended for both types of drain. The only flaw we found was that the inner tube didn't seal well with the rubber outer seal. This is because the hose will fall out of the rubber seal if held upside down. A few strips of tape wrapped around the inner plastic tube solved the problem. Other than that, we're happy with it.
