The awning itself looks to be fine, but the instructions say to put a screw in every hole and I'm short 11 screws (the RV square drive ones that are a little tougher to find).

We had a bunch of shipping fiascos as well (one arrived with both ends of the shipping tube crushed and ripped wide open, the second was delivered somewhere else and I was only able to track it down because that person's order was dropped off at my house). At this point its been a frustrating venture and now I have to pause installation to go track down more screws.There's a good chance once this is installed and in use it'll be a 5-star product, but the shipping and installation piece has been a bit of a pain.
