Review on KeylessOption Keyless Control Replacement KOBLEAR1XT by Adam Shuler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This experience couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this item and this seller.

I ordered a pair of these key fobs for our 2005 Chevrolet Impala, we are Prime customers and they were eligible products so new fobs were in my inbox by 10am 3/12/16. after ordering on 01.12.16 around noon. The seller included a business card in the package that directed me to their website for quick and easy instructions on how to program the key fobs for my car. I printed out the instructions in just 6 steps and then got in the car to program the new key fobs. I'm not exaggerating when I say it took me less than 5 minutes to program these two fobs. The instructions provided were absolutely accurate and simple enough for anyone to understand, whether you are mechanical or tech savvy. I can honestly tell you that I've had to program TV remotes that require MUCH more effort than this one. I don't know if that's easy for every car, but if you have an 8th generation Impala I couldn't recommend this product more. I was offered $42.50 for fob programming at our dealer and $40.00 at my local dealership, that was just the programming - the dealer said the OEM fob would cost over $50 so I could after taxes Spend $100 to replace a keychain. Instead, I now have two brand new and programmed key fobs for less than $25. In terms of quality, I don't see any noticeable difference between my original key fobs and these new ones, they are the same weight and made of the same plastic. . The only difference I see is that the new keychains have little texture while my old keychains are very smooth; This is of course because my original key fobs have been in use for 11 years, they may have been textured but just worn out over the years - I can't honestly say I remember them stretching back that far felt the past. Another nice thing I noticed when ordering is that these keychains come with batteries. CR 2032's are usually around $4 a pair when I buy them from the big store. So when you factor that in, these keychains are even cheaper. I literally couldn't be happier with this purchase, I can even order new keychains. for our F150 now, although the old ones still work - simply because I wouldn't mind having new ones that didn't have the images and letters erased from use of the key fob. LAUGH OUT LOUD!
