I like how easy it is for customers in different time zones (like myself) to be able to help one another with our issues while we're at our own desks. It's also very helpful when you need someone to look over your shoulder so you don't have too many red eyes from staring at screens all day! Sometimes it takes a little bit of getting used to, but once they've got past being overwhelmed by everything there are to do they love it! We were just setting up an internal communications platform using this software and it was super simple to create multiple channels within minutes.
