Review on 🦈 OEM Original Shark Burgandy Hose - NV501, NV500, UV560, NV502, NV505, NV501c, NV520QPR, NV520QR, NV550, NV520, NV520q Handle by Steph Washington

This replacement handle fits my Shark Rotator Professional NV500W. I'm glad it fits as my specific model wasn't listed in the product description. The photo shows the exact pen of my model, unfortunately this is not the pen I received. This pen is designed differently and not the same quality as the original pen. The reason I replaced mine wasn't because of the broken part in the picture but because the hose came loose from the handle (I believe that's a result of the lack of support from the broken part). The new design doesn't give me much confidence that this pen won't have the same problem, maybe sooner than the old pen. I will say the suction control has improved but the overall quality just isn't up to the same level as the old one, close but not equal. It's also weird that it's misspelled, but I assume because my exact model wasn't listed? Connected normally, all parts fit, no air leaks. Two starts because it is not the same pen as in the photo and the quality does not match the original. And I'm concerned that the seal where the hose joins the handle will break faster due to the handle's design. I'm glad it fits because I bought it for just under $40 which seems like a good deal as the price fluctuates and usually hovers around $60 but I'm very disappointed I didn't take a picture of the grip have.
