I really wanted to love this. I even rearranged things, removed them, but no - you can't put much into that! The middle pockets take up a lot (!) of space. If I put something like a book and oven mitts in the inside pockets, I could just put a small sewing kit and applique project in the middle pockets so I could zip up! It would be nice to be able to remove the center pockets (Velcro) to make it more customizable. Most of the time my pockets were empty. I wish I could return it.
