*Update (2/8/20) - My rating has gone from 3 to 4 stars. The company got back to me quickly after seeing my review and immediately sent me a new replacement free of charge. The replacement had easy-to-read instructions, as well as a scannable QR link to the relevant YouTube video. The video provides a step-by-step (visual and verbal) overview of removing and re-linking links. I will update again after wearing it for a bit longer to check how the finish holds up. ------------------------------- - I LOVE the look and fit of this watch strap, but am intrigued that this Silver finish wears off after just 2 days of wear. It looks great and is very comfortable. I want to make this my everyday watch strap as it is chic and professional. However, the silver finish has started to wear off. Very disappointed after 2 days of use. Also, there were no instructions on how to remove links to shorten the length. The instructions provided had a QR scannable link to a YouTube video, which is great, but the link took me to other watches that didn't require tools. I did a little searching and finally found some information on how to use the tool. After a reasonable amount of time carefully removing the pins and connectors I was able to get the correct length.
