I am very disappointed in this safe

I am very disappointed in this safe. I bought this safe less than a month ago and the number pad no longer works. I have changed the batteries several times and know you have to use the key to open the safe. The real reason I bought a digital safe was so I could use the code and not the keys. Before it broke the battery cover fell off after closing the case and I had to tape it off. If I had lost my keys I would never have been able to open it. My advice is to spend a little more money for a better safe as it doesn't last long. The color choice is cute though.
