I noticed right from the start that the water drains more slowly than with the Brita filter. Then it slowed down. On the third night of use, I filled the upper reservoir and went to bed. In the morning it was still half full. So I replaced that filter with a second one to check if the first one is an anomaly. He was also slower than Brita. On the third day I filled the top tank and waited three hours. About a third of the water remained in the upper reservoir. So I put back the Brita filter that I had removed a few days earlier and filled the top reservoir. As always, everything was done in a few minutes. I am sending them back and will order Brita filters.
