Bought for the office - hard to find now and we're not quite ready to just go digital. It arrived quickly and the person who wanted to use it was on vacation. It looked good, but when she came back and tried to use it, it wasn't working. It wouldn't open to put tape. I called the company and spoke to Fred who was very helpful and accommodating. He said he would send another car immediately. When the second car arrived it wasn't playing. I called Fred again and we eventually determined it was the defective pedal. I sent the pedal back and Fred replaced it within a week. We've been using it for a few weeks now and it works great. If the service had been bad I would have been upset but Fred was very helpful and took care of us in this situation. I will definitely order from this company again.
