They're cheap so they can work for what you need. This is the first light up golf ball I have ever bought. I thought I ordered the ones that light up on impact. After throwing them on the floor about a dozen times, I realized they weren't. Advantages. They work best when it's completely dark. It takes about 20 seconds to charge with a flashlight and about 5 minutes in bright light. They feel very solid when hitting and the ball flight is pretty good for the same distance as a regular golf ball. Cons: Foursomes just don't have enough time to fill the hole. Barely enough for the four of them to get to their balls before it's light enough to strike again. But if you have all the flashlights and are moving at a sink rate you can make this work. All in all $2 per ball which is well worth it.
