Review on 🔘 Minka-Aire RCS223 Hand-Held Remote Control System in White: Enhance Your Control and Convenience by Daniel Pyfer

A brief electrical surge that caused the lights in the house to be cycled on and off multiple times disabled the Minka Aire ceiling fan's receiver. I removed the cover from the electrical connector on the fan and found the model number of the CFR-3T receiver. I looked up the model number on Revain and this came up. The receiver in this kit is a different model number but looks like a direct replacement. It fits and works perfectly. The instructions that came with the device were clearly written and it was easy to install. White wires to white wires - black wires to black wires - blue wires to blue wires. Very easy! The only issue I found after installing the receiver was that there is no fan reverse button on the handheld transmitter. Too bad I wasn't careful enough when ordering. Luckily my old transmitter worked great with the new receiver. I have an extra transmitter in case anyone needs it. ;-)
