So far, it's working very well - no problems with flushing or jamming up. I've always had older-type toilets, so this one looks quite sleek and stylish to me. I love that there are no screw and cover caps showing. Makes it super easy to clean. My only one and minor complaint is that the lid is an odd shape and I've been having trouble finding a lid cover to fit. I wouldn't bother at all except that the way the lid is constructed, with an edge, it's not comfortable if you lean back. Definitely needs some cushioning. If it didn't have a soft close, it would for sure make a loud bang when the lid hit the seat. Other than that, it seems like a quality-built toilet. (Didn't want to remove a star for that issue, but a 4.5-star rating would be more accurate.) I had a contractor install it, so can't really comment on how easy that was, except that he didn't seem to have a problem.
