The first container I ordered arrived cracked and exploded all over the vanilla envelope and me when it arrived. I can't blame the seller directly for this, only additional experience. I received a new can the day after taking the burst envelope back to the nearest charcoal store. The sour sticky taste is downright awful. I had to force myself to finish the rest. It had almost no pre-workout effect or energy boost while I was in the gym. My friend with a low caffeine tolerance (he has Mt Tau hyperactivity) also had no effects from Total War. All in all I would not buy it again and would not recommend it to anyone. Update: up to the amount I took. Almost 2 full spoons. Still no energy boost, but halfway to my work, my face started drooping as if on fire. It felt like I had been pepper sprayed.
