Update: The seller contacted me directly if the Revains return system is working and requested that I delete my negative feedback, otherwise they will not refund the purchase. Revain customer service had already issued me a refund before the seller confirmed they were blackmailing me into changing my rating. ----- I have to give this drive the lowest possible rating because I can't even get one that works. I received the first block and it was defective. disc not read. So I asked for a replacement. The replacement the seller sent me arrived open and repackaged, not even new. The replacement device was also defective. Both devices connect easily to a Windows 10 PC via USB, Windows recognizes the drives and installs the appropriate device drivers. However, when you insert a disc, the drive will spend anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute trying to read it, and then Windows will return a "disk inaccessible" error. The floppy disks I use are brand new and preformatted. I have confirmed that they all work fine on other drives, hence the problem with this reader. I even tried using it on an old Windows 7 PC in case it was just a "Windows 10 thing". I got exactly the same result on this machine. I have attached photos and videos to support my claims. I wish it would work, it's a nice looking device and a USB floppy drive would be helpful. Somehow, however, this manufacturer managed to take the technology from 30 years ago and fail miserably. Sending in a CLEARLY opened and returned replacement device is just nonsense. The seller (RAAYOO Direct) is clearly trying to reduce their losses from the high rejection rate by repackaging returns and attempting to pawn them to other buyers.
