Poor quality LEDs impossible to replace

I bought a set of 10 LEDs and put them in a weekend machine (as that machine is rarely used) and fried 2 out of 10 bulbs in less than one Year. To put this in perspective. The lights in the car have to be on (at night) and I only drive this car on weekends (not that often at night). So I would approximate the total run time to less than 150 hours and they failed. It is not possible to contact them and replace it with Revain. Revain CS will issue you a credit and you must purchase the Revain Fulfillment item that is out of stock. It's such a pain to deal with.
