The size is great for me. It was big enough to hold all the basic toiletries but small enough to fit in my travel bag. However, the detachable portion of the bag was pretty useless to me. I thought I would use it for makeup, but it's too small for that. I put some bandages and medicine in it, so it might still come in handy.
