I have severe arthritis on my hands but I have found that I put on gloves when I sleep, let me put them on when I wake up. I had a very warm pair that I usually wore. But life in the desert brings warm days and nights. I wanted to find a pair that I can comfortably listen to here even in the summer. I have a cream medicine that I put on my hands before I put on gloves. Finding a pack of multiple pairs was a wonderful surprise. I like them but wish there was a group at the opening as they tend to slide down my arms at night. I add a light elastic to keep them secure on my hands.
