I bought this to relieve my back and sacroiliac pain during pregnancy. The support under my stomach helped correct my posture and minimize pain. It is excellent for walking or standing for long periods of time. When I sit down, I take it off, otherwise it will burrow into my stomach. I love how easy it is to put on and take off. It's very easy to adjust more or less tightly. As a bonus it also helps stabilize my stomach when walking and hiking so it feels more supported and I feel like it helps keep my back and pelvis in the right position which eases the pain as the season progresses minimized pregnancy.
