I am 195 years old and pregnant, it helps my hips but not my stomach. This can be very helpful after the baby is born. It helps! My joint issues are decent although I find it stretches more than my belt. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I'm not strong enough to keep my joints in place. This would be very helpful for a normal pregnancy with symptoms. Specifically designed to relieve moderate pelvic pain.

I had abdominal surgery and was at risk of developing a hernia so bought this to try and provide extra support. I live in a hot climate so I wanted something less bulky than the folder from the surgery they sent me home with but it was just awful. It's very itchy. Uncomfortable and not at all comfortable to wear. I preferred the large folder I got from the hospital to this one. I should have sent it back but I was too lazy. Disgusting product.

I have an umbilical hernia and could not find anything suitable for the hernia brace I need. I bought this to relieve my back and sacroiliac pain during pregnancy. The support under my stomach helped correct my posture and minimize pain. It is excellent for walking or standing for long periods of time. When I sit down, I take it off, otherwise it will burrow into my stomach. I love how easy it is to put on and take off. It's very easy to adjust more or less tightly. As a bonus it also helps stabilize my stomach when walking and hiking so it feels more supported and I feel like it helps
