I have EDS and my sacroiliac joints *was* the cause of problems and excruciating pain but this belt saved the day and the pain is gone! Seriously, I didn't feel like going to my specialist due to the pandemic (plus no applications until March!). It lessened the pain and anxiety. I wear it low on my hips - right where my torso meets my legs - and it completely stabilizes my sacroiliac joints! I couldn't walk for a week before ordering these and it wasn't until 14 hours after wearing them that I started moving. I can do my home improvement projects, lean forward, and sleep without dislocating my joints. I wear it 24 hours a day - except in the shower. Make sure to wear it over your shirt as the velcro is strong and it will hurt if you touch your skin. Thick and very strong adjustable clamp.
