Works well, no tools required.
I used to have one under a different name. Don't remember the name. Anyway it broke after about 5 years and I bought this new one. So far so good, does what it's supposed to, no problem. I hang my head. It is simply installed between the hose and the shower handle without any special tools. By the way, there is another part that has a pin that fits in the hole. I did not have to replace this part.
