I see a soft and matte look in the picture but it's not

I thought this shoe was softer and bigger than a sneaker but it's very stiff and feels at its worst. . I wasn't expecting high quality handmade stretch leather from Indonesia, but yes. They're so bad I'm going to return them...just awful.
