NOT FOR EVERYDAY LIFE, BUT WORKS!
Works great, after the first use my teeth became noticeably whiter, however, like all whitening products, this product is not suitable for everyday use. I didn't know and have been using it for about a week and I have great teeth but they are more sensitive. Now I treat my teeth with Sensodyne. I will probably use once every two weeks or a month to maintain the whitening but not completely ruin my enamel. Hope that helps
