Acupoint: A disappointing experience

I was eager to test out the strength training gear offered by Acupoint because I take my fitness seriously. My interactions with this company, however, have only been negative. First off, it's deceptive of them to say they offer "affordable" equipment. In comparison to other retailers of workout equipment, I thought their pricing were pretty exorbitant. And to make matters worse, their equipment is of poor quality. Poor casting and jagged edges on the weight plates made it dangerous to handle them. But their customer service was what really made me feel unsatisfied. They responded to my inquiries regarding my problems with apathy and even outright rudeness. It's obvious that Acupoint cares more about financial success than truly assisting clients in reaching their fitness objectives. Overall, I wouldn't advise someone searching for high-quality strength training equipment and friendly customer service to use Acupoint. Go shopping somewhere else to save time, money, and hassle.

Pros
  • Extensive inventory of weightlifting apparatus of the highest possible quality
Cons
  • Few options for cardiovascular machines
