Purchased to replace the 8" woofer in my standalone audio tower at home. I have 8 8" woofers in my tower. I added this to replace the perforated speaker my son made. Works and does its job well. This speaker couldn't and didn't sound quite like my Polk Audio in the case to me Noticed the woofer didn't like the high dB levels from my amp It was listed as a premium pro woofer in 8 ohms but it sounded like it didn't need to be pushed too far I would only buy it to replace a speaker that you can't find to replace your stock speakers. I ended up buying an 8" woofer from another manufacturer. Until then, I will use it until I die!
