If you have experience with solar panels or have an electrical background this is a great kit. The terminals are threaded into the plastic so be careful or solder the wires to the terminals. I use this as a car charger/holder. I soldered the charge controller output wires to the OBD2 connector that I also bought and now I have the ability to charge fully internally for any car with an OBD2 connector. Performance has been great so far, my car's battery has been easy to service/charge.
