ordered what looked like a bargain! It's a good combination of showerhead and handheld, and everything worked great for the first few days. When switching modes on the handheld, the hose exploded and unraveled just below where it connects to the handheld. They sent a whole new shower box, I just replaced the hose and this time it flew in the same spot on the first try. I didn't over tighten and followed the directions - they just pack the broken hoses in. Now I have to take everything apart and return everything to get a refund. Don't waste your time like me if you don't already have your own 78 inch inner tube
