I bought this unit to replace the annoyingly short power cord on my Century135. It's only used when I need .024 wire. I usually use my .035 Lincoln caliber. It worked fine at low speed, but as I increased the speed a bird's nest formed somewhere in the cable. The jam was not on the feed rollers, it was roughly in the middle of the cable. Corrected, the same thing happened once I got up to speed. And yes I know that when using .024 the cable should be as straight as possible. Maybe it's just random bad liner or maybe it's just low quality junk. But whatever it is I'll never know, it comes back to Revane.
