This inverter works great. I ordered this item to charge power tools while working outdoors. It can even replace my old alternator. I have to say I'm glad I bought this device, it's very important to my family, we have frequent power outages here, and it can generate enough electricity to run my devices, my kids were so happy that we don't need it Use a louder generator! I tested it with my oscilloscope and it's a pure sine wave, unmodified! And it's so easy to get started with this model, I was surprised at how brief the instructions are, but that's because you don't need it, just screw on the cables and you're done. Simple and beautiful! I connected this unit to four 6V batteries and the wires that came with it are 5 AWG. But I still use my own cable. So far everything works fine and I'm no longer afraid of a power failure ;)
