Review on Hubbub by Trevor Bannister
The most amazing experience in making paperless invoices!!
I love that it allows us to send an entire file from one user's mailbox straight into another users' inbox without having them download or open anything first! It has been such great help for our organization at this time where we have had so many people out sick during COVID19 pandemic (and thus no other option but paperless invoices). The fact they are able move everything seamlessly between different offices is also super helpful when you do not know who will be handling what invoice next week/month etc., as all of those things can now easily go through hubub instead just guessing which person would handle something else after being off work due some illness themselves last month!!
Pros
- The fact that the recipient is able to simply open up an email in their inbox and all of the attachments are there for them to open and read as well no additional steps for them to take
Cons
- Not being able to upload files to any of the hubub sites (at least I don't know how to!)
