I bought the camera but wasn't able to use it until a few months later as I quit my job due to family health issues. When I came back I was able to use it about 3 times before the camera broke. The microphone never worked. (?) I tested it on another laptop just to be sure. I have emailed the manufacturer for assistance. To date there has been no response from AUSDOM. The camera was a waste of money. I am a very dissatisfied $45 customer. I've since bought another camera that I'm very happy with. I teach on Zoom so I need a reliable camera.
