Fits perfectly in my pull out RV's drain port. My RV only has a drain for the sink, but it's good to have a hose to suck water into a bucket or empty the campsite. (Depending on camping regulations) I find the 90° in the adapter to let the hose hang down important so that the weight of the house does not tear the plastic strands because it pulls with the threads instead of at a 90° angle to them, which puts more strain on the plastic.
