    Great addition to the trailer, with 1 small suggestion.

    Works great with my camper trailer bearing. The only thing I'd like to see different is the standard barbed end versus the threaded end. The barbed end would be easier to attach to a clear hose leading to a bucket rather than having to tighten the hose in the heat or buy a separate barbed adapter to attach to the threads.

    It is important to have realistic expectations

    Virtually what you see is what you get. It's perfect for my popup. It doesn't change life. I'm not more attractive. People don't like me anymore. It didn't bring me any more money. It doesn't solve problems like global warming or the health crisis. But it allows you to attach a hose to a retractable drain pipe. That alone makes it 5 stars in my book.

    great adaptation for the gray water tank

    We bought a used drawer. The previous owner came up with a strange solution for emptying the holding tank. While there seems to be a million products for black water tanks, there are few for domestic wastewater. This adapter allows you to connect a regular garden hose (for dirty water only) OR we used it to allow the tank to drain DOWN (rather than horizontally) into a 5 gallon bucket.

    It works but the design could be slightly improved

    Does it fit your RV's drain to the water hose? Yes. Is he doing it right? Nearly. The screw-on part to the van should be deeper. As flat as it is, it's hard to get more than 1-2 turns out of the camper. The lack of turns means there is no such thing as a perfect connection; Leaks are to be expected. A simple 0.25" to 0.50" deepening of the threaded portion solves this problem.

    Good business. - Interior

    Just what we need for the drain pipe (from the sink) in the Coleman/Fleetwood trailer. Helpful Tip: We took a small piece of old tubing (about 12-18 inches) and attached a bib to the end of the female tubing. Then when you set up your trailer, attach a hose to this spout and place a container underneath to catch the greywater. I recommend a five gallon bucket with a lid and drill a hole at the top for the end of the hose to keep the night creatures out of the bucket.

    Works well, good addition to the motorhome.

    Fits perfectly in my pull out RV's drain port. My RV only has a drain for the sink, but it's good to have a hose to suck water into a bucket or empty the campsite. (Depending on camping regulations) I find the 90° in the adapter to let the hose hang down important so that the weight of the house does not tear the plastic strands because it pulls with the threads instead of at a 90° angle to them, which puts more strain on the plastic.

    Works like a charm good for toilets and parts

    I was converting my RV and used them to replace the large 1.5" drain pipes under my sink. I screwed it to the sink's siphon and ran 3 4″ clear vinyl tubing for the drain line. Works great. The reason they got 3 stars is because the tube nut has two threads. It was a real bear trying to get the thing to seal. I ended up filling the entire collet nut with plumbing putty to stop it from flowing. All they have to do is make the nut deeper so it can be screwed on securely.

    We can finally connect a hose to a portable waste container and empty it that way instead of into a .

    Finally found a nozzle that fits my Forest River Flagstaff HW27SC 1 1/2" 1 1/2" gray water tank valve that drains out of the sink. The site we bought the pop up from didn't even know it had a drain and any campgrounds/RV parks in the area couldn't help me at all. We can finally hook up a hose to a portable waste water tank and drain the water that way instead of dumping it into a plastic bucket and carefully pouring it down the drain :-/

    A good product. Be careful to avoid over-tightening.

    Good product that does what it is designed to do. However, the large nut/ring that attaches to the sink drain may have more threads. I found it easy to overtighten with my fingers, causing it to slip and damaging the plastic threads, making it even easier to overtighten. I repeat: tighten this product (with your fingers!) as LITTLE as possible to get a good seal and not damage the fine threads. I used it in my RV to attach a nice little stainless steel sink to my gray water tank. And another…
