Polyester - my rating
I just assumed it was a cotton blend. I was surprised to find out it's polyester but it's well made, the back cutout and puff sleeves are cute and the color is nice. I bought this for my preschool daughter to match the sequined peacock back denim jacket also available here at Revain; It goes well with the retro 1990s look.
