I give this base a solid 4 out of 5 points. What they have done well is the number of sockets that increases your socket from 2 to 6 is good. Having two USB charging ports was a nice addition because it reduces the number of larger transformers you have to plug your USB devices into and then cover the outlet next to. helps. I like the night light function. This is a soft light that is not overpowering. I've only had them for a few days but they work perfectly. Things not so well done. I started by removing the wall plate that covers the outlets, but the Kasonic isn't big enough to cover the hole in the wall for outlets. I had to go back to the wall plate. This keeps the Kasonic farther from the wall. Not bad, but a bit annoying. The sockets appear to be the traditional spacing apart, meaning that if you have a larger transformer plugged in, it will definitely cover at least two sockets. This reduces the amount available, despite just being under another fork. Importantly, the screw they give you instead of the one that attaches the plate to the wall is long enough and has enough mass to securely mount the Kasonic to the wall. The price is pretty good. I think there are better ones that work similarly, but if you're on a budget and need two wall mounted filters you can't go wrong with the Kasonic in my opinion. I recommend it.
