I usually buy "Premier Protein" which contains 30g of protein instead of 25 (muscle milk). It was on sale this time so I tried it instead. The taste is very similar, but I think this one tastes a little better and is dairy-free. They're like a smooth chocolate milkshake but a little thicker than regular chocolate milk and very smooth. I mainly use it for breakfast or a quick lunch. The price for 12 packs varies widely online and at Revain. Ideal for travel or day trips. All in all, this is a great protein drink.
