Review on Pentax K Mount 15 15Mm Cameras Limited by Boyan Mihaylov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

I used to own a 14/2.8 that had pleasing geometry but I sold it because of the size (I'm too lazy to carry around big glasses) and bought a 15 Lim instead. Both the 15th and the 14/2.8 that I've been considering purchasing for it are fantastic in their own ways, and I can't decide which one I like better. In particular, the fifteenth will be the best option for tourists; it produces a crazy picture in bright light, is little and unafraid of backlight. The 15th is perfect for videography because it has the largest angle conceivable without any geometric distortion and is unconcerned by direct sunlight. But within, he tries his hardest to earn a C.

Pros
  • - portable and compact size generates a vividly colored image, almost as if a polarizer were included into the device itself, and precisely retains backlight Virtually minimal distortion; excellent color reproduction; best for videography; integrated hood
Cons
  • The low aperture ratio, tiny amount of glass, and the DA-series' reliance on ambient light mean they aren't great for low-light shooting.
