Difficult to set up! for printer and accessories

I have read the manual. I called the company and also called Revain. No one from the company has contacted me and when I call support like the app said it sends me to Revain and the rep couldn't find the manual which I had already read. Not the easiest label printer to set up. I've had it for a few weeks and am still paying someone else for my labels. Funny, I'm sending it back
