A catastrophe started but ended normally
I bought the memory and decided that my computer engineer would put it in. He installed it but it didn't work so I contacted A-tech and they asked for my computer's serial number and confirmed it was the right memory. They were willing to send me a new reminder but not at the discounted price I originally bought which was important! As a result, he reinstalled the memory and everything worked fine.
