The first thing I noticed was a flaw right in the middle of both pieces of glass in the first frame I opened. Also, a corner of one of the pieces of glass has broken off. I keep the second one in the package until I need it. The second problem is keeping the photo centered on the glass when placing the second piece of glass. I tried holding it in place with a small loop of tape but it was obviously too thick because the image was pressing against the glass in those places making the photo look dirty or wet. Maybe a piece of double sided tape would have worked but I didn't have any so I used a strip of bee paste to keep the picture in place while I mounted the second glass on top. Third, if you want to hang the frame horizontally, you need to attach your own claw to the tree.
