I had 2 custom size prints and always wanted to be able to read the author and where I bought them (on the back) well these were perfect!

This is a great frame but it is very difficult to keep the image centered and it moves a little each time you insert the glass panels into the frame. Which is beyond frustrating.

I assumed they were made from convincing composite wood. You are not. I'm pretty sure they have composite wood underneath, but they actually have a wood pattern wrapped around the frame. It definitely looks fake when you stand near it.

Chipboard photo frame surrounded by a wooden sticker. When inserting the glass into the frame, the sticker constantly peels off the chipboard and sticks to the glass. If it was a real tree it would be an amazing frame. I think they are too expensive for what they really are.

Good concept but poor execution. I bought them as a gift to showcase some photos taken by family members. Three of the four glasses had noticeable scratches. I almost couldn't remove the panels from the same frame, and getting them back into the frame was also a big problem. Also, aligning the photos on the glass and keeping them square when reloaded was a frustrating nightmare. I'll admit I'm not always the brightest bulb in the chandelier so there might be an easy fix, but I haven't found…

The first thing I noticed was a flaw right in the middle of both pieces of glass in the first frame I opened. Also, a corner of one of the pieces of glass has broken off. I keep the second one in the package until I need it. The second problem is keeping the photo centered on the glass when placing the second piece of glass. I tried holding it in place with a small loop of tape but it was obviously too thick because the image was pressing against the glass in those places making the photo look…
