Review on RAYTEEN Recovery Damper Safety Blanket by Tony Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pretty stiff, feels heavy enough and super durable.

This is my first real winch line dampener so I have no comparison. I've used homemade shocks in the past and they've worked well, but I've never had a broken or loose cable so they've never been tested. I finally made up my mind and bought this damper, so I had a real one. I like it. I keep a couple pairs of gloves in the inner pockets, so I have gloves and a helper handy in the inner pockets of this damper. I can also fold it up and store it on the winch under the winch cover, ready to use. I've only used it once so far to get out of a mud pit and it was easy to use, seems well made and strong enough and heavy enough to get the job done. Overall good value compared to some of the more expensive versions of the same item type.

Cons
