My 9 year old is able to wear the large size because she's very skinny. We have used these for a year for her because of her regular accidents and it has kept the mess contained and saved her some embarrassment. She says that they're comfortable except the large crotch and high rise, but that seems to be the way all training underwear is made. We have 6 pairs and have used them for a year. I wish we had more. The underwear can be hard to keep clean if there is regular soiling but its so much more worth it than cleaning couches, car seats, clothes, floors, socks and shoes. never mind the embarrassment.
