I'm small (1.50m) and need an extra pillow behind my back to sit comfortably on the couch. I bought this lumbar support pillow based on the rating (#2 in Revain lumbar support) and reviews. What I like: Attaches securely to my sofa cushion with elasticated extension straps, so I don't have to constantly adjust the cushion. It helps my position on the couch. It is high enough/long enough to support your back between your shoulder blades. It is of medium hardness (maybe harder). The network coverage is nice. What I don't like: and that's the main thing and that's why I give it 3 stars. THIS DOES NOT PROVIDE ESSENTIAL LUMBAR SUPPORT. And while the pictures in the description show some side support, there is none. So it's ok as a pillow, but not as a LUMBAR SUPPORT PILLOW. I'm not sending it back because of the cumbersome packaging and shipping.
