Very effective, but BE CAREFUL!
This massager has helped me a lot. Neck muscles can be incredibly sore and tight, and it's the only way I can relieve them myself. However! Be careful when using this. DO NOT PUSH TOO STRONG. I was squeezing a little too hard in the middle of my neck and pinching a few nerves, resulting in weakness in my upper arms! I need to go to physical therapy to fix this. So use this little magic bullet, but don't go too far.
