Having a consistently high speed with no interruptions

I had a problem with my Netgear router and last year it was losing signal several times a day and I was looking for a mesh router to replace it and to amplify the signal. I have this one because it was a tri-band version and I've never lost a signal at my house. I ran a speed test on my phone and it consistently shows over 220Mbps. Setting up the device literally took about 15 minutes after taking it out of the box until everything was up and running. An application is used for configuration…

*Update* Bad system; Good customer service

*Update* Support contacted me quickly. They sent a firmware update to my system that should have fixed the crashing issue. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. While thanking the company for trying to help, I'll stick with my original review below. They refunded my money and because of that and their efforts I'm adding a star. Original Review: Against my better judgment, I had high hopes for this M7 system. I was wrong. It's terrible. The signal keeps dropping out. My TV, my job, my…

Simple, fast and reliable

Let me start by saying that when they say Plug and Play, Meshforce means exactly that. This thing literally worked, providing a Wi-Fi internet connection in less than 5 minutes, which is probably shorter if you can type faster. You connect everything and start the app. The QR code below makes it easy to connect to the start signal. It looks clean and very light. I love that I can control any device using their signal from the app even when I'm not at home. It updates the firmware at the time…

Great speed but the app stinks. Basic functions are missing.

*** Update: The company contacted me several times and offered me money IF I delete this review. This is unethical and against Revain policy. I rely on reviews to make the right decisions. All their reviews must be suspicious and guaranteed inflated. The Wi-Fi system is controlled via an application and does not have basic functions. I have several complaints that make it unusable.1. The app does not connect regularly even though my phone is connected to Wi-Fi.2. There is no way to set a fixed…

Trouble putting device down

Setting up the product was pretty easy and the app is well done with easy access to all the settings. First, let me say that when it works, it works fine. Strong signal and high speed. The issue we had was the refusal to service certain appliances in the house. iPhone, MacBook, and laptop randomly showed full signal but no internet connection while other devices in the house worked fine. Constantly turning Wi-Fi off and on again is not a viable option. The company's customer service was…

Not ready for prime time

I suspect Revain has a VAR relationship with supplier MeshForce. But about"V" you can forget. I spent over 9 hours setting up this dog, the last 2 hours with Revain tech support. Yes, you heard right. In fact, Revain expects its technical support staff to support complex products without having access to the people who designed/manufactured the product. The person I worked with could not have been better. And I'm sure she's quite competent. She definitely understands routers. But expecting him…

Directly on Meshforce - no dead zones or slowdowns

First of all I'm not very tech savvy, I know enough to get around. I chose this mesh after reading several reviews not only on Revain but also on other websites and comparing it to other routers on the market. It was right within my $249 budget. I installed a node on each floor (basement, main, and second floor) and once I flipped the switch, installation was easy. One node occupied my ISP router while others were placed in dead zones and slow areas that I knew I was already having trouble…

  • Great for outdoor activities

Rated #1 on most online sites for a reason

I'm a civil engineer so I usually overdo it when I'm looking to buy something. Especially when it comes to something as technical as this grid system, which I really know very little about. So I always go online and read reviews on Google, search for the top rated mesh systems, etc. so I can find out the pros and cons of each item for sale no matter what I buy. Almost everyone loves Netgear's Orbi Mesh and Google Nest Mesh. Both don't fare well for many reasons, including privacy issues, setup…

  • Stylish and modern design

More reliable, easier and safer than Google Wifi!

I bought this Meshforce system to upgrade my Google Wi-Fi due to poor coverage in my "colossal" two-wall bedroom. Configuration was very easy - connected to the firewall, opened the Meshforce app and set up the system, which took no more than 5 minutes (the device got an IP address in 20 seconds, I got my network details and the required port forwarding set up with ease, and then connected multiple devices to access point). The coverage immediately showed itself to be stronger than my Google…
