Review on 1NCE IoT Flat Rate by Mike Wachtel

We use this software for all our clients. We have been using it for over 5 years now and would never consider changing. We love the fact that it integrates well with other software. It has always been easy to upgrade the database and add new features as they come along. The interface is great and is super fast. The customer service is amazing. They have always responded quickly and have fixed any issues we have had. The only thing I wish was better was the ability to see how much the monthly fee is per device. It is a bit confusing because they bill us monthly regardless of how many devices we have, but they don't break it down between the number of devices.
