This rug is great! I have verified (through testing) ESD 4.1 compliance. Works within specification. The ground connection is also very good. It connects directly to ground via a grommet that connects to the center screw of any wall outlet, snaps onto the surface of the mat, and has two banana plugs that mate with the included wrist strap. The bracelet is also of high quality, with a conductive rubber strap, a metal wrist contact, an internal resistance of 1 MΩ and a very good wrist size adjustment. A little more expensive than my first purchase but it was useless and worth every penny. good grades I recommend it and would buy it again.
